Kyaw Hlaing owns Moe Htet Estate (Sinoda), a 200-acre coffee farm managed with agronomists U Kyaw Wan He and Aung Hleing Phyo. With experience in government research and multinational training, Kyaw Hlaing has refined grafting techniques to improve plant resilience and yield.
Aung Hleing Phyo leads monthly workshops to support Myanmar’s specialty coffee sector, using a demo farm to share best practices. The estate experiments with different varieties, balancing yield and quality, with future renovations guided by these insights. All efforts help future farm expansions and overall coffee quality improvements.
This is our first Myanmar coffee and it certainly won't be our last. With pleasing warm cinnamon spices on the end, this is a coffee we just can't stop drinking at the roastery!
