A LONG AND WINDING ROAD...
It's taken us over 18 months to get to a point where we're happy to begin selling our own coffee pods. What started as a seemingly simple product has turned into a deepdive exploration focused on one question - how can we produce a pod that tastes as good as our normal espresso? After many trial runs, plenty of head scratching and a lot of bad coffees, we finally found a perfect recipe and a pod we're truly proud of.
We're thrilled to launch our new Friday Street pods, containing the Ribiero families coffee from Pedra Grande, a farm we visited in May 2022. We truly believe these are some of the best specialty pods on the market, and we look forward to hearing what you all think!
