Roberto Bernardes is an innovative young farmer from southern Minas Gerais, located north of Sao Paulo. His 20 hectare farm Sitio Taquara sits at 1,200masl. Roberto has been experimenting with extended fermentation and this lot is the fruit of that brilliant experimentation! Expect something a little different from typical Brazilian coffees, with a little more citrusy blood orange sweetness than usual!
