This is a very special, exceptional quality honey processed bean from Tarrazu, two hours south of Costa Rica's capital San Jose. Expect Raspberry and Orange acidity fruitiness complemented by a caramel sweetness.  Complex, sweet, well-bodied, and with a mellow acidity, this coffee is delicious.
