Chocolon is a premium coffee sourced from the highlands of Nayarita, Mexico, where two dedicated cooperatives—CALDIO and BASILIO—are raising the bar for quality and sustainability. Since 2010, CALDIO has empowered local farmers by offering better and more stable prices through a commitment to exceptional coffee. BASILIO, a family-run group of 33 members in El Cuarenteño, has overcome climate challenges by focusing on top-tier beans that access more profitable markets.

With a combined cultivation area of 200 hectares, Chocolon Selecta offers full traceability and a rich legacy of craftsmanship. Expect a cup that reflects its vibrant origin and the dedication of its growers.
